We will update your claim and provide you with an update regarding the next steps in the claim process within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that you are responsible for the hygiene of your mattress while this warranty claim is in process. Your documentation must be received by GBS Enterprises within 30 days of this warranty filing or your claim will be denied and closed.
