Can the retailer use their own equipment for the Prepaid Bundle Program?

Not at this time. However, we are considering this option for the near future.

Can the retailer use their store terminals to process the plan registrations?

Currently, this is not possible. Plan registrations can only be processed using the mobile app; dedicated tablets will be provided for this purpose.

Does the retailer need to connect to WIFI?


Will the customer be notified once the plan is registered?

Yes. Customers will be notified and receive the Terms and Conditions electronically via email.

Is there a possibility of duplicate billing for the plan registrations?

No, there is no possibility of duplicate billing. Retailers will pay for the registration bundles upfront.

What is the benefit of the Prepaid Bundle Program compared to traditional registration?

The Prepaid Bundle Program streamlines the registration process by eliminating the need for data file capture, thus simplifying the entire procedure.

Can the tablet be used to photo capture the receipt?

Yes. You can use the tablet to take photos or upload files to complete the registration.

Should the retailer keep track of the Prepaid Registration Bundle Booklets?

Absolutely, as they are equivalent to cash. The bundles will be monitored to prevent fraudulent activities, and lost booklets will incur a replacement fee.

Will the deployment of the tablets PROTECTALL™ provides depend on the number of store locations?

Yes, we typically provide one tablet per location unless there is a specific need for more.

How long does the plan registration process take?

The process is quick, taking less than 5 minutes, and typically only 2 to 3 minutes.

The mobile app is not submitting my registration, what should I do?

Please check that you are connected to your WIFI and try again.

The tablet will not turn on, what should I do?

Please check that the tablet is charged, if not, please plug it in and charge it.

Can I complete the registration process once the customer leaves the store, or must the customer be present?

Yes, the customer needs to be present, as our system will not allow a bad email or mobile number to be entered.

How long are the plans contained in the bundle(s) valid for?

The prepaid plans are valid for a period of 24 months from the purchase of the bundle.
